TECH TALK is a weekly electronic communication tool used to increase safety and enhance the overall safety culture of Heubel Shaw. It is a direct outcome of the Safety Committee’s effort to improve and disseminate a company-wide message of safety best practices. The objective is clear however, measurable outcomes and evidence of proliferation may take some time.It’s a fun way to stress that a strong safety culture can and will have a positive impact on incident, illness and injury reduction and overall morale. Ultimately, resulting in a healthier compliance record and better alignment between staff and safety initiatives and/or policies. Originally, the TECH TALK emails went to just technicians. Most recently this has been released to ALL Staff. Just another step Heubel Shaw is taking to ensure we provide the best service possible to our customers.
